This is an example of the realities of domestic abuse. No human should ever have to endure this from another person ever. It is my hope that by reading this hopefully you can help Lori out and remember if you or someone you know is in this situation there are plenty of resources that can help you out. Don't be a victim and don't allow someone you love to be one either.
Ladies in SE Texas have The Bridge Over Troubled Waters. It is not easy to leave but it's much easier than enduring the abuse.
I hope you keep that young lady in your prayers and if you can help her financially it would be appreciated.
